An item in cash shop to instant level Secondary sides

I know Ill get bashed for this, But I would like to see a cash shop item (of course it would have to be pricey) that allowed Instant max level of a secondary side. It could only be used if You already have you main side to max level. Most games have gone to something like this due to the high level increases. Anyway, just a suggestion and an opinion.

I think most would actually agree to some point
giving us something to at least make getting to 70 for the highest currently available elites at the very least imo
