Diamond sale & gift cards?

Went on the site to buy diamonds today, and was going to use a subway card, but guess what the one I previously used does not work, it would have worked yesterday....LOL (was on site and checked). Now it gives me "Sorry, this payment method is not available in your country" when I try to use the option. Irony is that I informed them a week ago or so that the other card link was giving me that message....LOL

Today the 2nd option for gift cards was working, the one for 90% of the cards that was listed on the post ([US] New Gift card Payment Options) but not the one that was previously working.

The reason I used Subway card vs others is they have the same diamond rate as paypal, etc minus the extra freebee 5% for using paypal, etc. The other cards have a severely reduced rate (33% less) for using those cards (2160 dia for $50 vs 3276 for 49.99 while on sale).

Sent info to Gameforge billing support, but it wont happen till after Monday, so no sale for me, just some subway sandwiches...

I bought diamonds with my Donor Card once - cost me an arm and a leg!

OK, onto the real reason to post:
- Did you try changing your country in the selector? Sometimes this works...
- Contacting Billing Support was most likely the best thing to do.

I am having the same trouble. I just purchased a CVS card, which i just used during the last diamond sale to buy. Same as above, I selected git card #1 and got the same "not available in your country" message. So I select option #2 and CVS is not listed.

Please help.. CVS always worked before.

it was listed in giftcards1 option, and opened the "openbucks" website previously (day before sale happened), I have had to update the support ticket with screen captures and lots of notes to help them understand that it was there and functioning...

Yes. This is definitely a technical issue with the "giftcard1" option.

Well hopefully they will sort it out. I have $$$ burning a hole in my pocket and I'm sure Rom wants it.

Yeah, I have sent in a ticket. Got an immediate ( what seemed like scripted) response. I asked for them to look in to it further, after all we are going out of our way to try to give them money. nothing, no reply at all. Very poor service so far.

It looks like this may take a little while to be figured out due to the time of year and whatnot.
