Greetings,

As announced yesterday, we took your words to heart.

Our team gathered all your comments which contained constructive
feedback on the wheel and looked through and evaluated them. The fast
working, busy RoM bees then developed a revised concept. ;)

So, one of the advantages of the new shop is that we can change many
things on our own. We are even able to implement the revised wheel
configuration without taking anything offline!

Or rather: We already did!

Ok first of all, i want to congratulate the team on making such a fast turn around on fixing the white mats issues from the wheel, great job guys and gals.

Secondly, i just spend 700 diamonds, to get it to level 3 on the wheel, and spin a bunch of times to get items and some information and knowledge about it.

The same 15 minutes timer is still active on it which for me is just wrong in so many ways, 9 spinsat 5 diamonds = 45 diamonds to level each stripe to get to level 2, Level 2 was 5 or 6 spins at 9 diamonds each spin ( not entirely sure cause i had the stress of the 15 minutes timer there). Then got at level 3 and it was 24 diamonds for each spin of the wheel which seemed fair to me. But still only 15 minutes to do it is wrong, plus add the lagginess of the wheel etc.

Rewards for level 1 were as expected, HSH, transport runes, aggregators etc mostly, level 2 same items, god redemption tickets, 1000 house energy orbs, not great but ok. Level 3, got 1 X +20 weapon jewel, 1 X +20 perfect wing jewel, 1 X abl, 2 X bl's, 1 X attribute purifying stone, 3 X equipement attribute purifying stone, 3 X 100 000 XP orbs, etc, those were great rewards and i thank you a lot for these.

Where i have an issue with the wheel is on level 3 i also got 4 spins that gave me 3 advanced aggregators each spin, 3 spins HSW, 3 spins for 2 Phoenix redemptions, those items should not be on level 3 of the wheel. Also +20 jewels appeared every 3 spins on the wheel.

To the person who is managing the wheel:

Can we get a 7 day timer on the wheel or nothing like 15 minutes to do it ( people might have different reasons to get away from the game and lose every benefit for getting it to level 3, family, phone, kids etc or even run out of diamonds and purchasing them and boom back to level 1 )

Also want to point out that the XP/ TP potions on there are AWESOME!!!! i was quite impressed by it. those are items that can replace the ones i mention here above :o

I hope this will help to get more changes coming and help you guys and the community to accept this new wheel, tyvm. :beer:

i'll copy my post from EN forum, cause its preety relevant feedback imo.

what did they even change on the wheel? apart from removing the white mats, still looks same crap as ever, level 90 stones still there for example, still the leveling, do you still only get 15minutes?

So here is my feedback regarding the wheel:

Put +20 stones into the itemshop, 100 diamonds for acces/armour and maybe 300 for a weapon jewel, a bit pricey but still a lot cheaper then wheel
Put the perfect tempered stones into the wheel, removing the leveling process and the timer, and just make it old style but increase price again.
Fill the other items in the wheel with things that WILL make players spin, without having tempered stones in there.

things like, this, maybe a rare chance to win this and other stuff that will ACTUALLY tempt people to spin, since they cannot get these anywhere else. Currently you force players to spin for stones, remove this and none would spin, but make it so you can get stuff that isnt ingame currently, or put a jackpot high enough to tempt people, you'll see more players spinning, + a much happier community.

Other things could include perma mounts that are not sold, rare costume packages etc etc.

Totally agree with Cenre suggestions for stuff to be in the wheel, keep them coming so they know which items could go in there.

Another option could be transformation potions: Rock guards/gingerbreads/donichuka etc etc, since they only come on sale once a year usually, or rarely at best.

I like the idea that the Wheel could contain rarely sold items... like Backpack tickets, class expansion tickets, etc...

Edit:

Actually what would make the Wheel a REALLY good diamond sink is to make it 1 diamond per spin for the chance to buy something that's rarely sold.

So... Backpack tickets for 99 diamonds, transformations for 19 diamonds, class expansion tickets for 199 diamonds... pretty much all the "normal" cost + 1 diamond for the spin.

So if you land on an item, you get the buy button & detail button of the normal shop w/ the ability to buy 1, 5, 10, etc.. of them. When you close out of the buy window, you have to spin again to see if it's something you want to buy.

I wanted to see the change in the Wheel of Destiny, but it's kinda hard because it keeps "spinning" - the items appear and disappear.

I am not sure the items they show in the slots are actually the ones that you can win by spinning the wheel. It doesn't matter as you cannot identify what they are in the fraction of a second they flash on the screen. The item appears in your inventory as soon as you hit the button. No tension or anticipation as the wheel slows could be a better experience.

aardvark3 i agree with you, the items do jump in my bags at the start and then the wheel turns loll, kinda suck. And i agree we should be able to see the item as per clicking the spin, hopefully they can fix it
