Global Wheel of Destiny

I don't know if the Wheel of Destiny level is global or not, but please make it a server-wide setting.

This will get more people interested in using the wheel since everyone using it could level it up for the entire server.

Also, I've spent some time getting the wheel to level 3 & I have no regrets on any of the items that I got from the wheel. Thank you for that :)

I do believe making the Wheel level server-wide will get people to buy diamonds a lot more.

it seems like it's a lot easier to make the diamonds back that you invested from items with the current wheel, issue is that the +20 stones don't appear everytime like the previous wheel. Along with the leveling process and you get a lot of unhappy customers. If there was a change that made it have +20 stones in(even just one) I'm sure a lot more would spin. Or just put the +20s in the itemshop(this is preferred)

I agree +20's need to be in the IS normally now. Maybe we can get them added soon? *hinthint*

I do like the suggestion that, at least, 1 of the +20's need to be in the wheel @ level 3. :)
