Missing Vendor Jewels?

I dunno if this is a bug so I'm filing it under general discussions, but when browsing the plussing jewels that npc's sell, I noticed that some are missing.

+1 through +6 is there for all levels. (1-20, 21-30, 31-40, etc all the way up to 91-100)

+7 through +12 is only available for level 71+. (71-80, 81-90, and 91-100).

Can we at least get the +7 through 12's available starting from 51 and up. As in add in the level 51-60 and the 61-70 jewels?


And if anyone says "just use IS jewels," know that I do use them, but it's more cost effective to use the Vendor for the first couple +'s and then switch to IS jewels.

EDIT: Just to clarify Im talking about the plussing jewels bought for gold, not the token jewels.

This is worded more like a suggestion, and a good one at that.

I will move it over there to generate more interest in a "suggestion" aspect so it can be logged as a proper one.
