A lot of chat lately on those who are left out on instance runs due to their class or lack of certain skills, Lack of experience in running instances, etc.
I recently saw a person who stated no matter how "high" they get their armor etc they always seems to die in most instances.I would like to propose the following and would like your thoughts on this subject if I can make myself clear about what I would like to see.
1) A new land with mostly instances. Each instance would allow entrance by the either the type of armor or class the main character has.
Each instance would drop items relating to that class. For instance: Cloth instance would drop things useful to cloth wearing characters, etc)
Accessories (rings etc) that anyone regardless of class could wear, would drop in all instances.
Instances could have areas within themselves that would be based on the number of people doing such.
For example: At each "new" entrance within the instance, it gets Progressively Harder so the number of people would rise needed to gain entrance to the next level in that instance. With the possible exception that the 2nd entrance which would be harder than the first but also could be done solo as skills and learning ability get better. The final "Hardest" area of the instance is where you would need at least 4 people to complete it (hopefully). Not that many and it should make getting a party of that class, or armor type easier.
Creatures in each instance would be creatures who make up the same type of armor or class. I say this because many a person in chat stated they have no chance against certain creatures who can slam you to death in 2-5 hits when they have armor on that could not defend against certain attacks. (yes it was a mage) and I know how that feels. lol
I think this could promote ore training in their class, more people willing to teach those with lack of combat experience in instances, those who feel left out due to their class, along with gaining experience partying with other people.
I hope this is clear enough where you can read between the lines and offer I am sure better suggestions or ideas on this topic.
