a) Make normal mode drop hm stats
b) Make mems give hm stats
c)Reduce the cost of eoj gear and make eoj drop hm stats.

Blue quest gear > Hard Mode Please... I just checked a set of Lv98 quest gear. Zero crit. Not even the set bonus. How is that HM material?Blue OD gear from questing + good stats will get you in to a high level hardmode (high attack, low crit, average defense)
Pshell gear will make you notably better (average attack, high crit, above average defense)
either of these options (or a mixture of them) will get a person in to end game content to get the gear and weapons, but not without stats. Stats are the key item in all of this. and I know you want to suggest better options, I would like to see those better options implemented too, but IMHO if something is going to get done, it will have to be something that GameForge can do without RuneWaker.

Except only 1 accessory drops on HM. So yeah, it was safe to assume you mean Helmet, Chest, etc. when you saidyou must have missed the accessories... also, see that bit that starts with "(high attack, low crit...." ?
Gear and weapons in the IS are not needed, and would remove most of the sustainability from running end game content.

Semantics. Whether or not you consider paying to get ahead in the game way faster than if you didn't...Also, last time I looked, addressing the concerns others had brought up in relation to a topic (p2w, gear, etc) was not trolling.

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned many times before but I'll throw it out again. If people really want to get into endgame runs fast and cheaply. Play a M/Wl or Wl/M. All you have to do is get elites for the Wl/M and max Warp Charge and for M/WL you need elites and any gear you can get with crit on it, which isn't hard because most of them you can get with mems. Play those and you can experience the hard mode dungeons without having to make the best gear. Keep doing that until you get the stuff you need to play what you want. That's just my suggestion though you don't have to do it, if you don't want.

It wouldn't be half as much work to create a stat stone with any stats on it as it was to create a new turtle mount that moves slower than walking. But wasting their time on something that no one wants or needs seems to be far more what Gamester is interested in rather than doing something that will help players. Then they wonder why there are fewer and fewer players.
Not to mention it's not actually technically feasible afaik. Since mana stones 1-20 only have one item ID, and it's clean. The stone with a stat on still has the same item ID of the clean stone, it just has a stat on it, so unless gf could implement a system that let it automatically create you a stone with a stat on, it won't work.
