Zodiac Pet - Elements

So in the past I remember there was an event where you could trade Zodiac Pet elements to npcs for other elements. Can we please do this again or maybe make it so that the npc on the Silverspring bridge can exchage your unused elements (such as water) for the other elements? Having to wait for new festivals to get the elements you need can be really depressing. (Forgot to mention. If we make it so you can trade elements for other elements it would give people more incentive to do the current festival as well as add some value to any other elements you no longer need.)
