To the item shop manager EXPERT,

Explain to me why we have a brand new item shop, that Gameforge has no control over it, even tho we were told otherwise. You want to give us the excuse that all your games uses it yaddy yadda, all good, but why can't we cant get the stuff we want in it then?

People were willing to pay for said items at reasonable prices of course, not 499 for 1 +20 jewels. Sadly everything falls on deaf ears at Gameforge, although GM's apparently gets the memo to them. You have people leaving daily, yes daily to somewhere else to enjoy the game. I am a loyal player of ROM and been trying for years to stay positive as many others have done too.

I have spent thousands of real money in game for the last 7 years and no one listens, i am not alone in this case. Sadly now seeing that the item shop manager is either dead, fired or just doesn't care about the human factor of the game, i will not spend a dime anymore on this server or publisher.

I just can't fathom the deliberate blindness of Gameforge executive that gave up on ROM and the community. Forums are dead, game is dead, item shop gifting broken and no info, because Gameforge is waiting on Runewaker to fix it ( but Gameforge has full control over it, sure, let's go with that) :dash:

We get no good items when GM's come on anymore because GM Knightfall gave away so many Egg Rice Dumplings to his buddies in his guild when Frogster was in charge. Then Gameforge removed the right to our new GM's that have been doing a great job for 4 years, to give us stuff that would be worth getting and enjoy. Gameforge seems so scared to give FREEBIES!!! GIFTS!!! of value to the players. I would say : STOP BEING CHEAP!!!! :dash:

but it seems too late and too far gone that most players left already.

When you need 42 X +6 jewels to get 2 piece of gear to +4 and then use 4 X ruby perfect +6 jewels to get it to actual +6, you can see the RNG is worst then a Las Vegas casino. Then we have the promotion of the game that's been dead since Gameforge took over, no promo's, ads, giveaway, nothing.

Sadly it breaks my heart to see the lack of compassion towards the community

This is not a rant, just the fact on how many of us feel and are being treated.

Do you think that maybe just this once, instead of GM's/FM's forwarding our feedback, they can request the Itemshop Manager's presence on the forums where we can speak to each other directly? The feedback he/she receives is obviously not enough.

I wonder why Item Shop has Favorite Meal that gives 10 loyalty points to pets for 25 diamonds when Pet Hunters sell Dessert of happiness that gives 1 loyalty point for 6,000 gold (so 10 loyalty points will cost 60,000 gold)

wait what, lol, i thought one of the purposes was to have them stack automatically!

"In future, when you strike it lucky on the Wheel of Destiny, your prizes will appear in your Depot first, rather than going straight to your Item Shop Backpack. The Depot offers unlimited space and items will stack automatically. You can then drag items into your Item Shop Backpack whenever you need them, choosing which character will receive them. Check it out today!"

then of course u cant actually drag the items but have to click a very laggy and annoying distribution button.
it's like the complete opposite of what it's supposed to do.

It is funny how Gameforge gives no info to the GM's to say if they are fixing the gifting option or anything else. But here, the item shop gifting option is broken, let's really mess with them and give them 140% diamond sale!!! pouhahaha so sad.

There is something broken and of course responsible people are working on it. As we also mentioned here and here.

Even if they did fix it to stack the items that u get from spinning wheel they'd still probably only let u 'distribute' 1 at a time cause thats how GF works. >.<

The New Item Shop, the new Depot it is not what people wanted. It was not what people asked for or needed. It in no way helps players. It prevented time and resources from being used to actually help players or fix the many major problems that players constantly complain about or get more players to join the game. It broke things that were working for no purpose.
This is exactly why they are closing servers and the population has dropped.

Aardvark shhh the item shop knows what we want and need although he NEVER played the game, we should just accept it. Seeing all that was proposed on the forums is always ignored by the execs at the office. I made a post on Facebook page that we never get what we asked for !! then they asked me on the Facebook page to tell them which item we want and ID number for them LMAO ROFL. I told them there that they just confirmed their lack of interest and their incompetence to listen to loyal customers. They don't seem to know on Facebook about the 22 page of the wish list and the previous ones that were closed, just sad.

When something works then you gotta break it!!!!

Maybe we need to start doing reverse psychology. Wish for stupid things, they won't listen to it, then they implement good things.
