This is a pretty good point, and I would imagine is why we don't get TP to max every skill that easily. Too bad the devs didn't design the skills to actually make choosing different sets of skills/rotations possible, otherwise it would have been a pretty neat idea where even people playing the exact same class combo could have different builds due to different skill rotations.

The thought behind this TP shortage in RoM and a lot of other mmo's I have tried out is that you have to select the skills you want to develop. Some other games use "Skill trees" or "development paths".

This game is totally UNFAIR to new toons/players old toons have had thousands of daily quests to max their TP. These 1-2 days mini events just aren't enough.a permanent 5x XP/Tp from quests and a 10x for mob killing is needed.
