AT for plussing jewels

By now, plenty of us have plussing jewels sitting around we can't use ( lvl 40, 60, 80, etc.. )

5 of the same kind = 1 of the next level up to the max level: 5x 20 = 1x 40, 5x 40 = 1x 60, 5x 60 = 1x 80, 5x 80 = 1x 100 ( forget 90 ever existed ) etc...
3x of the same kind = 1 of the next type up to the max type: Basic, Advanced, Enhanced, Master: 3x basic = 1x Advanced, 3x Advanced = 1x Enhanced, 3x Enhanced = 1x Master.

This would allow us to convert older items we've purchased into newer ones.

This would also take some of the sting out of the IS in general. More people buying items = more $$$ for GF.
