Integrated GPUs do not really have enough oomph to play this game. I have no idea why some people find that this changes with a patch.

Minimum of minimum spec is a Radeon 9600. I'm afraid that you need a beefier GPU.

What you could try is heading over to the EU website and trying out the browser version - it is only for the EU servers during its beta phase but you can see if it works any better for you for when it is released properly.

Your integrated video chipset isn't well-supported by our game. Fortunately for you, your computer has a PCIe x16 video expansion slot available. I'd suggest shopping around for a reasonably-priced PCIe video card. This will greatly improve your gameplay.

Your situation is similar to binghongchen's , but the picture isn't so rosy for you. Your elderly Dell only has PCI expansion slots, and PCI video cards are both hard to come by and rather pricey. If your budget can stand it, I'd suggest shopping for a newer and more capable computer system.

I am an Nvidia person, I don't know much about how ATI cards work.

If you are willing to spend about ~$125 on a card, I would recommend a GTX 550 TI.

It is pretty much the best graphic cards for the price tag it has.

The ATI 9250 with 256Mb RAM is actually enough to be able to run this game. The drivers you are using for it are about five years old and should be updated. Checking your graphics settings in the ATI control panel and the ROM game itself may help as well.

However, you do still have a problem. You can get by with the Intel Celeron processor @ 2.4 Ghz, but having 1.2 Gb of system RAM is what's really slowing you down. With XP Home, an upgrade to 4Gb of system RAM should significantly help with your performance.
