Account Blocked/Suspended ??

My account has recently been blocked.
When i try to log on, it says my "Account is suspended, contact Support."
I have sent in multiple support tickets, but constantly get the auto-reply which does not help me out at all.
Character name: Eudora
Server: Osha
I am not sure as to why the account has been blocked, but i will provide any information necessary to prove that the account is, in fact mine. Thank you for your help regarding this very important matter.

I've been suspended/blocked for the dumbest reason

my account has been down for 5 days now... even when they send me the automated email back, and i reply, it is still taking so long ):

Same thing is happening for me, but the suspension was lifted for a brief moment.. then boom. Suspended again. Still no reply on my ticket. /:

Macnoma, sending multiple tickets is much less than helpful. Each one you submit sends you to the end of the ticket queue and delays getting your issue resolved.

Everyone, please be patient. As you may know, there have been a lot of tickets sent to Support recently, for various reasons, and it takes time for our Support personnel to go through them.

If you haven't received a reply to your initial ticket, check your Junk/Spam folder. Some services and ISPs have a nasty habit of tossing replies from Support there. If that's where you find replies, mark them as good so future replies will land in your Inbox.

Do follow the instructions you're given, even if it's only to click on the provided link, which should take you to the Support portal. You can update your ticket and let Support know that your issue hasn't yet been resolved.

Suspended again after i changed password

Ok. so i finally got the second email about changing the password, so that's what i did, changed my password. At the start my password was incorrect, so i changed it AGAIN. The next time i try log on it says "Account Suspended" ... what does that mean.. ): i didn't even get to log on before i was suspended AGAIN and what's up with that?!!

I'm afraid I can't say what the reason is without more information, though obviously you shouldn't give out account details here. Make sure your ticket is open and that you've given all the information they requested and they will get back to you about it soon. Sorry I can't be of more help, but there are a few different reasons this could happen and I don't know which applies to you.

Sorry im just not sure what to do...i dont hear from anyone for a few days then i get an email saying that the status has been changed to SOLVED. automated responses make me want to rip my hair out especially when i have to go look back at my zeevex account and see how much money i have spent on that account and i cant even access it.

You'll get that response after three days of support waiting for an answer from you. You need to go back and double check your responses and instructions to make sure you've provided all the required information. That said, you can open up the same ticket by responding to it and the status will change back to open (provided you provide the requested information.)
