Runes of Magic US / AU

I was told by people that have played longer than me that there are some forms of maintence and editing done while the server is up that can show as your account is blocked. These do not last long, about 5-30 min.

I would do the same thing of submitting a ticket just in case it was an actual hack, but I hope it wasnt.

I also recommend taking screen shots once a week simply pressing ctrl+print screen while pertainent info is up, ie inventory-showing gold/rubies/dias, skill book-showing max talent points in bottom right, pet menu, inside of house, whatever. These are saved in the runes of magic\screenshot folder and can aid in recovering stuff when submitting tickets.

If you account is blocked, more than likely you will have to wait for the ticket to get addressed before you can proceed. It may take a couple of days(or longer), but hopefully not.

That could mean several things, however they all require you to a submit a ticket.

Usually a blocked account means that you got suspended, banned or someone is trying to access your account.

Once you submit a ticket, you might have to wait a couple days for a response.
