Yo! I'm an old player returning to RoM and I tried downloading the new client but when I open the downloader the speed stays at 0 kb/s. I even opened with administrator and everything. I don't know what's wrong. help me please.
This seems to be a frequent issue--I'm plagued by it, too. There is an alternate way to get the game installation files:

Note that there are two lists of files, for the full and slim clients. You can't mix and match them, of course. And I'd recommend downloading no more than two files at a time. These files come directly from the Frogster EU file server, so remember to change the region/language to USA/English during the installation process or before logging in.
