Secondary password review

Hey everyone,

I'm coming back to this game after quitting a year and a half ago, and i forgot my secondary password on RoM. I do, whoever, have my email related to it, my main account and password. Thus, i can see the world and my toons.

Could anyone tell me who i must email or how i can contact a GM to work this out?

oh, and i emailed support@frogster-america.com and got this reply
