Patch 80 Fail!! - Help!

When I try to start RoM, A error pops up saying

http://rom-eneu-patch.runewaker.com/patch/:80 version.txt fail!!

What do i do!? :confused::confused::confused:

1) Post things like this in technical issues instead of here. You are not discussing ROM, you have technical issue to resolve that applies to you only.

2) Does your download.txt look ok? It should have a bunch of entries for each patch, like this...

3) Start ROM with "client.exe NoCheckVersion" so there is no version checking, if version checking is the root cause of startup problem.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Where does it tell you what patch your on, and which file shows the patches that you have?

Look in the lower right corner of the launcher window. Or, you can check the thread that Dionaea gave. The topmost patch is the latest one.

Thanks Everyone

I wanted to let everyone know that I solved this problem Thanks for all your help!

Solution = It turns out that I had 3 firewalls up (lol). My regular, windows firewall. McAfee, and Norton. I forgot about McAfee, and I turned it off and now it works :)
