zeevex codes do not exist?

i redeemed 2 new codes for adventure packs today ( just a few minutes ago ) and when i came to the rom site to redeem the key i get a message that the key does not exist.

is this a rom issue or a zeevex giving bad codes issue? in any case ive had it with zeevex. im all done with the shoddy service there.

Submit a support ticket and stat that the code doesn't work: http://support.frogster-online.com/

Sometimes, glitches and bugs happen.

Zeevex has personally never given me a bad code from the 100+ adventure packs I redeemed.

Not just you...it appears none of my Zeevex codes are working either...submitted a ticket about it. (Never had a problem with them before today)

None of my codes work that have a received dates of November 6 to December 18, seems like all newer ones still work. Do i have to send in a ticket listing each code?

Usually that fixes the problem.

Make sure you submit a ticket to the new support system and not the old one.

For the most part, Zeevex is not selling anymore cards for Runes Of magic the last I heard. I have looked for them and they are non existant and no more codes will be available.
Don't hold me to this until I can verify.

They still list RoM as a "partner".....Zeevex cards are not specific to one game or another. Now either Zeevex cards are hard to find period and or the whole company is going out of bussiness. The worst of the situations is they have failed to remove RoM from the partner list.

I just used 24 codes from zeevex, I saw this thread and bored myself to death by redeeming all those codes, but the other possible option is we will lose them.

I said this months ago, look for RoM to stop using zeevex, more likely though is zeevex is going under. Tough economy, people are going back to the P2P option, its far cheaper then the f2p model.

Personally I will love if Zeevex is no longer accepted as payment, it will take away F2P players ability to buy their own diamonds.

A F2P diamonds icon should always say ZERO! I welcome this change if it really is going to happen. But honestly if an FM openly says that even with a disclaimer, smart money says no more zeevex. YAY!

I don't really care one way or the other going forward...I'm still waiting on an answer for cards we ALREADY paid for. Can we please just get these redeemed at least? These codes should already have been allocated so changing partnerships now shouldn't matter. Please advice...I really don't want to use my entire digital locker right this minute, but if it's a now or never thing then I'll do it. Still waiting for a response on the first code I tried to redeem.

If the codes are just dead then we should at least be compensated for the items inside...supply valid codes via tickets, get the adventure packs in our mail...or something similar.

I will do that...but the problem isn't on their end. They supply the codes that are given to them in advance, correct? That's why they have a limited number of them, no? When they stopped giving out mounts awhile back we were told it was because they "ran out" of codes and had to wait for more (presumably from FA?) So...they are giving us codes, from stuff we bought awhile back, and the RoM site is saying they "don't exist," which obviously isn't the case...I'm sure Zeevex isn't just generating random strings.

Am I to interpret your suggestion as just a suggestion, or is that "you have no hope of getting them redeemed now?" Not to put you on the spot, just wondering...because a little warning would have been nice if all our codes in our digital lockers are dead now.

I'll contact them and see if maybe these "old" codes can perhaps be converted into "newer" codes. This just sounds like another run-around though, bleh.

Zeevex still works with Runes of Magic.

The company that handles all diamond transactions has been Gamepay and they permit you to use Zeevex as an option if you set the country to United States of America.

On top of that, from all the people who have sold me the 1,500$+ worth of Zeevex Tokens since I started playing... they all get their cards from 7/11.

If your card does not work on the Zeevex website, you need to submit a ticket to the zeevex website, with a list of information (to ensure fraud didn't occur).
