Can we please get a Frogster employee to please let us know what is going on.
We as customers hate it when you keep us in the dark.
If I get a response on my ticket and it tells me I'm s.o.l. I will not be happy as you could have warned us with ample time to redeem our codes. I even posted a request to let us know if this was going to happen.
