i need help tring to figure out why my FPS is low anyhelp will do

I don't see any problems with your rig.

Where do you experience an FPS drop? Is it consistent or is it always there?

Do you have any programs running at start-up that might be causing a hog of your memory?

Low FPS

i run in windows mode at 800x600 settings set to normal as for startup just TS3 and curse i have 63 processes running i run on ave 30 to 50 fps but drop lower alot i hit 50 to 80 if im in my house i build the pc to help with FPS but it gets same as laptop i just dont lag anymore

So wait ... your FPS is at 50 and that is bad? o.O

I hit ~45 - 70 FPS depending on zone on full detail (windowed mode)

its not that i spike low and dc alot i had a laptop and did the same so i built this pc and still dip low and dc it sucks for siege i dc alot and its just me alot in siege

You have a nice rig and I don't really see anything in the dxdiag that stands out as being a problem. I do have a few tips for you, though.

You're running in windowed mode @ 800x600. According to your dxdiag, you have a 24" widescreen monitor--okay, 23.6", if you want to nitpick. :D Go into the in-game settings and change the resolution to 1600x900. This will use your display more efficiently.

While in the settings, adjust your other settings. A good average for View Distance will be about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way to max on that slider bar. Character Detail can be set a bit higher if you like, World Detail equal to or less than View Distance. Sky detail you can max, Terrain Detail and Texture set about the same as Character Detail.

Uncheck all of the special effects boxes except for Automatic Detail Adjustment and Hide the effects of other players.

I have a Radeon HD 5970 video card and use those settings. My average FPS in "normal" areas (relatively unpopulated) seem to be 65-75. House setting runs over 100 FPS. Busy zones (Varanas, Dalanis) and most instances, my framerates vary from 35-55 FPS. Siege is usually in the 50-65 FPS range.
