Additional Guild Bank Page Gone Missing

Well here's possibly a new one...I go to my guild bank and the 2nd page I had gotten with all it's items is no longer there. I now only have page 1. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Yes, I already submitted a ticket. I suggest screenshots on your guild banks.

Just checked mine and all are ok.
Have you tried relogging, then rechecking? Never know..weirder things have happened :)

I think there is a bug about permissions. I can't remember now, but something can repeatedly reset the permissions for who can access the extra guild bank pages.

If I have time I'll search a bit for more info. Have you checked with Guild Leader or officers that they can try to reset the permissions?

@KatalanOrk & Craigers - Yes, I relogged and rechecked and I am the Guild Lead so permissions is not an issue here as nothing was changed on that (I double-checked those as well). The reply to my support ticket was that it's a developer issue and that it will be investigated. So I guess I wait until they tell me it will or can not be returned at this point (sheepishly crossing fingers lol) In any event it's not so much the missing items but regaining the guild resources to get back the page if they are unable to get it back for me - I don't have 4800 guild runes just sitting around as we are a small guild.

from experience...you will not get your guild runes back if they cant fix this issue! i was thinking of getting the 2nd vault page...but now i wont even bother if this is going to turn out like our chests and items stored within them are still missing with no refund/repayment etc since last october ....customer service is not their #1 priority....

sorry this happened to your guild..i do hope you get ur vault page back tho...but good luck with that

I won't post exactly what I responded back because that's between me and them. I don't know about most of you, but I don't exactly Screenshot everything I do in this game and yeah I know if I do things that cost me gold, dia, etc I probably should on high expense items but really? How many actually do that? If I did that my computer would run out of disk space from all the screenshots lol. I particularly found it funny that I must be blinded by add-ons. Well for the record I followed the suggestion and removed all the addons and guess what? Yep, it's still not there. I hear all the time they track this and track that, well then why wouldn't they show I had purchased the guild page? Seems to me it would be listed somewhere along the line along with the access logs of the guild bank. This info was stored someplace at one time or another or else I wouldn't have had access to see it myself. [LEFT]
