Characters Lost

So I started RoM in January 7, 2009 and just recently decided to come back. However, it seems that my characters are no longer here. I was under the impression that there would be no character wipes. What's going on?

have u checked all servers? ur character might be on different server than one u visited this time... idk other reasons

I checked every server. Also on the server screen, under the character tab, there are no numbers indicating that I have no characters on those servers. I definitely played US servers so I'm kinda confused.

Please send a ticket to Support about this. Use the Contact Support link in my sig below. You will have to create a Support account--please use the email address that is linked to your forum/game account.

Give Support a complete description of the issue, and be sure to include at least the following information:

Game account name
Server(s) played on

Be sure to monitor the email address that you use with your Support account, and follow the instructions Support gives you. If you don't get a response in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder. Some services tag mail from Frogster as either Spam or Junk, for some unknown reason.
