Help

My runes of magic account got banned for a couple weeks. when i went to login it played fine untill i tried to talk to a friend. it says i have been permanently silenced and that was about 4 months ago. i deleted the game because i was so frustrated and now i tried to re install, but i'm still silenced.. :( i would really like to speak to old friends, and i payed a lot to play this game. it would be a shame if i had to delete the game again... please help me i'm sorry for the past troubles.
