Account inactive? But Im playing!!

Hello Im a returning player.

I have tried to log onto frogster account management and it wouldnt accept my password so I decided to reset it but it wont accept any of my emails! It says the emails are not from an active account and wont do it.

I however logged into the game and im playing normally EXCEPT due to the fact that my secondary passwords for 2 of my servers ( my old characters I made in 2010) so for now im on Govinda trying to kill some time while Frogster doesnt answer my ticket.

I sent 3 support tickets
The first one whomever tried to answer put the case as RESOLVED (when was not >.> go figure) the other 2 tickets one regarding the secondary password reset and another regarding the frogster account were not answered yet.

Anyone here has an idea of how long it can take?

Today was to be my play day since real life often gets in the way of the games lol >.< please help!
