i am also living in hk and also suffering the same issue. i thought i would only suffer much in instance thus why

i am not doing anymore instances until there's a possible solution to this situation. But apparently even just

doing minor things like dailies it has gotten worst for me day by day. should i stop playing?

or there is something that can resolve this problem?

tried and it nothing has gone better. honestly never had issues with the old server. also contacted

my internet supplier and there isn't any problem's with my connection. i have no problem on downloading,

streaming videos or playing other online game's.

There is a web page: www.dslreports.com or get any thing like a Route Trace and run that. It will show you where it is blocked.
DSL reports has a Trace program also make sure you have a PORT opened for Runes Of magic please.

ok so i found this route trace thing what im not so sure what im lookin at right now any pointers?
