After looking into it, it appears that the bar worked as it was supposed to. At this point, all you can do is file a support ticket and see if they can help you.
If you decide to do that, please follow these simple instructions:
1. Reply to automated answer, very important!
2. Check status of ticket, is it still opened!
3. "Never reply to a ticket simply to ask how much longer it takes, only reply when asked for more details by support, because it will put the ticket at the beginning of the list!
