Character stuck?

Character stuck?

Hi
I was in game and the game locked up on me, I had to cold boot my PC.
Now everytime I try and log onto that one single account , the game just keeps locking up everytime I attempt to login that account > character (there is only one character on the account)
I am able to login to a secondary account and enter game just fine with no problems.
So now I guess maybe it is a stuck character or something ?

I just tried posting the account name and location and character name here , along with my dxinfo , and suddenly I got a message from forums saying I am banned , no reason given.
What can I do now?

I just want my character unstuck

Something to try before resorting to contacting Support:

If you're using Windows XP, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Documents\Runes of Magic. This is the data folder for the game. Find the folder inside for the affected character and delete it. Start the client and log into the affected account. The server should rebuild the character folder.

If you're using Vista or Windows 7, the Runes of Magic data folder will be in C:\Users\{username}\Documents. Follow the same procedure as above.
