One of the best ways to figure out an issue you have is to post your dxdiag information on the forums so people can help you decide what may be wrong, if its your computer or the game's fault.
1. Start Menu
2. Run
3. Type "dxdiag" and press Enter
4. Press "Save All Information" button
5. Save the file (dxdiag.txt) wherever you can find it
6. Open dxdiag.txt in Notepad, select all and copy to Clipboard (CTRL+A, CTRL,+C)
7. Paste (CTRL+V) into your post.
In Vista or Windows 7:
Use the Start Menu Search Bar
Type "dxdiag"(no quotes)
Select Dxdiag.exe
Wait for the Progress bar to fill
Click on "Save all information", save the dxdiag (dxdiag.txt) anywhere you want, remember where you saved it.
Open dxdiag.txt in Notepad, select all and copy to Clipboard (CTRL+A, CTRL+C)
Paste (CTRL+V) into your post
This typically helps with issues such as your graphic card and RAM not being compatible for the game you are trying to run.
