OK people, yesterday I purchased diamonds via zeevex because of the puries package deal they had going on. That was the SOLE purpose I purchased it. I redeemed my card, took all the required steps needed to recieve the diamonds (so please dont ask me if I did this or did that) and yet I still dont have my diamonds. 20 dollars = 2000 zeevex coins = 1188 diamonds (because it was 150% extra diamonds). Its been nearly 24 hours, I submitted tickets to frogster, zeevex and rom. And still no one has replied to me or anything. I also put a complaint in with the BBB to see if that will help.
If anyone would happen to know of a way to get around all this, please help me. Thanks and have fun in game.
