Setting Guild rank permissions

I just created a guild recently and was setting up the rank permissions, and when I clicked confirm the permissions stayed for awhile. After a few minutes the permissions went back to default. I have tied multiple times to set the permissions for ranks and they aren't staying checked. I have logged out of the game a back in and tried it to no avail. Is there something that I am missing here? Any help is much appreciated, and I hope this is the correct section to post this in. Thanks

Okay, I just opened my Guild interface.
I made my name as number 1.
I checked off what I want to allow myself as GL.
Than I clicked confirm
And closed interface.
I waited 5 minutes now and opened it and it is still there.
Not that this has any bearing on the issue but what server and channel were you on and in?
Since "You" formed the Guild, I will assume you did not transfer leadership to another Guild member.
Keep me posted by PM if you wish. let me know.

I was on the reni server and on channel 2. No I haven't transferred leadership at all. As for my GL permissions, it will not let me edit those. The check marks are greyed out. I was just trying to set other rank permissions.

Sent a request in and was asked to post screenshots of the guild panel. The first on shows the leader functions of setting rank permissions before I check them. The second shows right before I click confirm. The third shows me asking a guild mate to see if he is able to post an announcement. As it shows, he cannot. The fourth one shows that said guild mates permissions made it so that he should have been able to post an announcement. I can't think of any more screenshots to post. If I need any others let me know.Thanks

Sadly, the screenshots that you linked are too small for my ancient eyes to make out any useful details. <grumbles about getting old.>

However, after squinting for several minutes, it appears to me that you're using some sort of guild panel addon. Or, you might be using one. I just can't tell. <grumbles once again about age-induced infirmities> If so, consider removing or disabling the addon and see if that clears up your permissions issue.

Yes I am using a guild panel add on, but that is not the issue, as the issue started before I started using the guild panel addon. I will upload the screen shots to photobucket so that they are bigger. The issue started right after I got the people needed to start a guild, payed the gold for it and got it established. I can check mark the permissions and click confirm, but they don' stay checked for more than a few minutes. Here is the link to the photobucket album with the same pics enlarged.
