rom / pc freeze

Hi
Im hoping maybe someone can help me figure out what is happening . I can play but I can expect rom ro crash my pc and freeze up , leaving me no choice but to hard boot. I have attempted to lower in game settings but that seems to make it even worse.

Any help would be appreciated

Which version did you download? The Full verson or the lite version?
If it is the full version, try deleting it and clean every file out and installing the lite versom for laptops.
Your computers system is just barely able to play the game, so the lite version may just solve it.
I suggest you update all drivers also.
