Hello! Please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong forums. I am unsure as to where to put this in order to get the proper response, and have placed it here in hopes that it's near enough.
I registered to play RoM in 2008 and played for a few months. Other games pulled me away and I'd forgotten about my account here.
Recently, I decided I wanted to play the game again. Downloaded it and attempted to log in with my old name and password--worked great. However, when it asked for my secondary password, apparently what I thought it was--it wasn't. I was unable to log in and play due to this.
I came here to the forum to look for a solution and followed the instructions to contact Frogster support and followed the steps therein.
On 06/02/2012 07.02 PM, I received the first automated reply by support as well as a request to reply back within 72 hours.
On 07/02/2012 I replied from my accounts email (so within 12 hours) and awaited any news.
It is now 02/23/2012--17 days have passed-- and I have yet to hear any response about the reset of my secondary password. Frogster's e-mails are not flagged as junk, I check my email accounts near daily. Is this simply an issue of not enough support? Or should I give up on my old account and start anew?
