17 days so far: no reply to support ticket.

Hello! Please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong forums. I am unsure as to where to put this in order to get the proper response, and have placed it here in hopes that it's near enough.

I registered to play RoM in 2008 and played for a few months. Other games pulled me away and I'd forgotten about my account here.

Recently, I decided I wanted to play the game again. Downloaded it and attempted to log in with my old name and password--worked great. However, when it asked for my secondary password, apparently what I thought it was--it wasn't. I was unable to log in and play due to this.

I came here to the forum to look for a solution and followed the instructions to contact Frogster support and followed the steps therein.

On 06/02/2012 07.02 PM, I received the first automated reply by support as well as a request to reply back within 72 hours.

On 07/02/2012 I replied from my accounts email (so within 12 hours) and awaited any news.

It is now 02/23/2012--17 days have passed-- and I have yet to hear any response about the reset of my secondary password. Frogster's e-mails are not flagged as junk, I check my email accounts near daily. Is this simply an issue of not enough support? Or should I give up on my old account and start anew?

Thanks for any advice and help.

Sometimes it takes a while to get to allt eh support tickets depending on the volume of them. But personaly if you really want to come back I would make a new account and start fresh with that one while waiting for them to get back to you. No use in wasting time sitting and waiting for Frogster when you could be playing (you can make a second account on you E-Mail address I personaly have 2 for Rom).

elffu, I have contacted you in private message and will assist you further in PM. Secondary Password resets do not take 17 days, hence why I think something might have gone wrong with the sending of your request. We will continue this in private message, thus I move this thread to technical issues and close the thread.

Edit for information purposes:

This request was answered one day after the request was sent and the password was reset to be entered new. Please everyone keep in mind to check your spam-filters and junk-mail folders, just in case the answer from support lands in there. If you are unsure about the status of your ticket, please check the ticket status within the support portal under the tab "Your account" where you can find a list of recent tickets and the whole conversation.
