Game crashes every time I click start game.

Also I got a Windows Security Alert asking me to block "BaseUpda Application" the last time it crashed. I'm pretty sure I have all the required specs to run the game and I'm able to play it on the web browser. I've reinstalled the game 3 times already to try to get it to work, I put 2GB of RAM in my computer the other day. Defragmented and cleared up the computer so it could run faster. I downloaded DirectX 9.0c. I'm also using a Radeon 9550 graphics card. I attached the dxdiag to the thread. Please help! :D
XDatmanx has attached the following file:
  • DxDiag.txt (45.93 kB - 4 times downloaded - latest: Jun 26th 2013, 10:26am)

I see two issues here.

First, you may have an overly aggressive a/v client running. I'd recommend temporarily disabling it when installing and patching the game. You can re-enable it afterwards.

Second, your video card is not supported by our game. It only supports up to DirectX 9.0, and our minimum requirement is DirectX 9.0c. Such support must be in the video card's firmware, not in software.

Your computer has an AGP video expansion slot, which is probably where your current video card lives. Since the AGP bus is considered obsolescent, at best, you will probably have to shop online for a newer and more capable video card. Selections will be few, and probably a bit more expensive than for similar PCIe X16 video cards.
