Forum READ access block for 'Not a bug' folder

'Read' access to this folder is blocked.

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Whippingboy, I did a few tests with one of my private accounts. When logged in on the one I usually use, I had no problems getting into the "Not a bug" subforum. I relogged to a different private account and again had no problems. I logged out of all private accounts and was able to access the subforum. (Obviously, I was not allowed to post there.)

Please let me know in a PM if you continue to have this issue, and I'll forward it to Aetherth.

I chatted with Aetherth regarding this. We are looking into it, but it may be more of an account issue than a browser or forum software issue. And no, I do not know why this is happening.

I will say that if your access to the subforum is blocked, you may have to make sure that you are 1.) logged into the forums on your account and 2.) make sure that you've checked the "Remember Me" checkbox. That may help, though you may not be able to directly see or access the threads in the subforum.

> 1.) logged into the forums on your account
Yes, and THAT is the root of one of the access problems.

> 2.) make sure that you've checked the "Remember Me" checkbox
Yes

It appears this issue only affects older user accounts. We are currently still looking into this.
