Purchased Diamonds

Hi,

I purchased diamonds for 50€, its over 3 hours and there is no dia on my account, there is no answer in my Support tickets.

Am i doing wrong for sending money for this game?

Did you purchase them for the US game or for the EU game? Diamonds purchased for the EU game cannot be used on the US servers.

Well, did you even submit a ticket to support? If you didn't, you can't expect them to magically know you have a problem. There isn't much the forum staff can do in terms of your actual payment. Support link:

Please be patient and wait for a supporter to respond to your ticket, a supporter will assist you once it is your tickets turn in the waiting queue. Please also refer to the support guide in my signature, as it should help answer some questions in regards to the support portal. Also please check your support account under My Account, if you have not received an answer already, which might have ended up in your junkmail folder of your email.

Only thing I can think of, based on the info given, is you bought from the EU website rather than the US website. But its just weird, since you say you have an account for US. Idk.
