Problem Redeeming Adventurer Packages

Has anyone else had any issues redeeming keys latley? I sent a message to support, but just curious to know if this has been going on or if it is just me. I know the keys I used had never been redeemed because I just clicked the "redeem" key on my zeevex page. Two of these were attached cards I bought yesterday. I know the codes are good, but I keep getting the same error every time that the key of that type has already been redeemed. The last one I tried to redeem a couple of days ago did the same thing to me, but I let it go because I didn't want to hassle with support over one bag due to lengthy wait times I've experienced in the past. I burned four codes none of which worked. I have done all the obvious like retyping the codes, copying and pasting the code, checking my username password etc so no idea why I can't use them anymore. Not sure what I'm missing if its on my end so I'm open to suggestions.

except they never respond to the ticket. i have one open since the 18th of feb and no response...

I was able to redeem an xp bed, and a fungus mount so something is working, however still not adv. packs. Still good to know its not an isolated incident, and hopefully it gets resolved sooner than later.

Thanks for the suggestion I'll look for the RoM support when I get done posting this. I've been gone for a bit, so things might have changed. I did send a support ticket to FA via my new support account, which I recently created. I also received an email confirmation from "Frogster Online Gaming" that my ticket was being processed. But if I sent this to the wrong support site then by all means please let me know the address of the new site because it appears as though the link you posted above has a link to the exact same site. Go figure. Anyway I appreciate all the helpful information you've supplied me, and am assuming I can expect more of the same. My question was directed at people who actually play the game not trolls wearing the guise of mentor.

The problems with the Zeevex adventure pack codes was resolved. If you recently tried to apply a code to claim your adventure pack and ran into error, please try to re-enter the code. It should work now.
