Auction house issues

I have been having issues with the auction house for the past two days

-I have bought items and they have not appeared in my inventory but my money has been removed

-Items i posted to auction have disappeared and are
A. not in my inventory
B. and no money has been added to my player

I am a level 10 warrior/level 7 scout in the artemis server Usually on channel 2

If someone could please help that would be great i feel cheated
