Runes of magic installation freeze my computer!

Hello . I want to get back into runes of magic, on the same computer , but when I try to install the full game, it freezes my computer.

The program it freezes on is model.pfd ....something like runesofmagic/pfd/model.pfd.

I tried redownloading , nothing worked.

Sounds like a corrupted file, which means deleting what you have and redownloading.
