Not Receiving Password Notification

So I've been using the http://support.frogster-online.com/ support site for some time now, and recently it has stopped accepting my password for my user name. Ok, figured it was a measure to keep the passwords changing, so I request to have my password resent to me. Nothing arrives. Days pass... nothing... Request again... nothing... request my username, the notification arrives instantly to my email; request the password again... nothing arrives...

Asked in questions & answers section... they tell me to request again... lotta help... nothing arrives. Right now I can't access my account info, and when I try to purchase diamonds, I cannot access the page because the password isn't being accepted, and I can't get the support site to send me a new one.

Please help.

solved, requested again today and they finally sent a reset my password request :)
