I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but the chances of a refillable, anonymous Visa gift card working are probably zero. The problem with those gift cards is that when Moneybookers, our CC processor, sees it, they see an attempted payment from "Visa Gift", or a similar name, as first and last name. so they deny it as a fraud risk.
If you do not have a regular credit card or PayPal account, you would be better off to purchase Ultimate Game Cards, Zeevex cards, or even the RoM-branded game cards, if they're available in your area or region.
