Since 4.0.10, Harsh Lag Spikes and Frequent DCs

Has anyone else experienced frequent DCs and Lag Spikes? It happens every 1-2 minutes, I get a lag spike for about 5-10 seconds, The longer ones resulting in a Disconnect. Ping Jumps to 5000+ ms. It started the day of the patch, And has been happening since then, On both of our laptops. I live in the US in the state of Florida, Bright House is my ISP.

Just trying some troubleshooting...

My BF was having the same kind of issues and by removing and reinstalling the game it seems to have fixed the problem ... if you run any addons you can always start there by removing the addons folder to another location and see if that helps (in our case it did not so once we had tried that he just started new removing RoM completely and reinstalling (you can also save the addons which were moved and once new install is done just move the folder into the new location and not have to reinstall those as well. just a few ideas... hope it helps 0.o

I am also getting lagg spikes and their lasting about 10 seconds if not a little longer, I also live in FL
