I purchased 6300 diamonds almost two weeks ago and Frogster temporarily suspended my ability to buy diamonds to make sure it was really me. I submitted everything they asked for, and they released my account again so that I can buy diamonds, but failed to provide my account with the 6300 diamonds. I went in last week when they were having the sale and purchased another 7300 diamonds to get me through until they worked their problems out, and I did not receive those diamonds either!!! NOW they owe me 13,600 diamonds... I am SO frustrated, I have submitted about six tickets regarding this information, providing them with ALL the information they ask for in each one, and they never bother actually reading and looking into this. Funny how they have my $200.00 so they really couldn't give a rip whether I have the diamonds or not....must I resort to submitting two complaints against Frogster with Paypal? <sigh> I have also called their phone number four times over the past two weeks and left messages, including one today... The last time I submitted a ticket - and I might add with ALL the information they requested in their response to me....this is the fail response I get from them:

They have all that information, copies of both of my Paypal receipts and all the information requested above was SUBMITTED WITH THE TICKET! And 24 hours? Try almost two weeks!!! I want the diamonds or my money back, your choice Frogster but fix it now please!!!
