Solahr now we have a dilemma, mainly because any information I can give you I can not give here in forums, and the important information you require our support can only give to you not me. This is why we ask users to take every billing issue to support, as we on forums can not help. Billing issues are very sensitive in regards to personal data and each case needs a direct communication between account holder and billing support staff only.
I have another dilemma now, because

All I can ask you to do is to re-read the information given to you. Our support tried and still tries to assist you and gave you all needed information several times.

The goal is to give you your diamonds after the purchase and legitimacy of the transaction is confirmed. Filing a dispute will always lengthen the procedure and put the account on hold, until all open points can be solved. This happens to protect mainly the account holders as well as the involved payment parties, meaning us and the payment provider and to ensure everything about the transactions is legal and correct.
I can not disclose any more information on forums and can only ask you to redirect your complaint and your questions to our support. They can explain why your account is now suspended and how this suspension can be lifted.
I can only stress for everyone, how important it is, to read all information that is given to you by support before taking any actions. Also please do not open numerous tickets on the same issue, as this will not speed up or push your request, it will rather complicate matters. One ticket with all important information combined in it is enough. I totally understand how aggravating it is, when a usually simple transaction does not work out right, for whatever reasons. Cooperation with our support is important to fix these issues. We all want the same: happy customers and that you can enjoy the game. Our support is working for you, not against you.
