Account Suspended?!?

I am in tears over this because I am an honest person and am only trying to get what I paid for, nothing more. Is that so much to ask?

And now I'm banned because they didn't deliver my diamonds to me? ....here's the story - I purchased 6300 diamonds on April 9th from Frogster --- they suspended temporarily my purchasing diamond ability just to check and make sure that it was me which I totally understood and actually was grateful for. I went through everything I needed to and provided them with all the information that they needed. They fixed the problem, unsuspended it so I could buy diamonds from them, but NEVER sent the diamonds. I purchased 7300 more on April 13th to hold me over until they fixed the problem, and they never sent those diamonds either!!! I have entered numerous tickets because they never fix the problem, they answer me - I answer them and then nothing is done so I feel like I'm forced to open another ticket - resulting in them just going ahead and shutting down all the tickets completely and not answering my inquiries. I called them four times over the past two weeks and left messages. I have asked now for almost two weeks for them to fix this problem, and now they have BANNED my account saying that they had delivered the diamonds. FROGSTER - please check your records! I have NOT received those diamonds OR the 7300 diamonds I ordered on April 13th - which is why I filed a complaint with Paypal. I have waited a week and a half and noone has been willing to help me, so what do you suggest I do? I've given you copies of the Paypal receipts, everything you asked for...please unban my account and send me the diamonds....check my account if you want to and see, I'm not a liar I've always been an honest person. I know this is a misunderstanding but you are banning my account because you didn't deliver my diamonds which I feel is REALLY unjust! Please look carefully into this matter and fix this so I can remove my disputes against you with paypal. Thanks so much!

Solahr now we have a dilemma, mainly because any information I can give you I can not give here in forums, and the important information you require our support can only give to you not me. This is why we ask users to take every billing issue to support, as we on forums can not help. Billing issues are very sensitive in regards to personal data and each case needs a direct communication between account holder and billing support staff only.

I have another dilemma now, because

They have answered and they have given all information needed, Solahr.

All I can ask you to do is to re-read the information given to you. Our support tried and still tries to assist you and gave you all needed information several times.

The goal is to give you your diamonds after the purchase and legitimacy of the transaction is confirmed. Filing a dispute will always lengthen the procedure and put the account on hold, until all open points can be solved. This happens to protect mainly the account holders as well as the involved payment parties, meaning us and the payment provider and to ensure everything about the transactions is legal and correct.

I can not disclose any more information on forums and can only ask you to redirect your complaint and your questions to our support. They can explain why your account is now suspended and how this suspension can be lifted.

I can only stress for everyone, how important it is, to read all information that is given to you by support before taking any actions. Also please do not open numerous tickets on the same issue, as this will not speed up or push your request, it will rather complicate matters. One ticket with all important information combined in it is enough. I totally understand how aggravating it is, when a usually simple transaction does not work out right, for whatever reasons. Cooperation with our support is important to fix these issues. We all want the same: happy customers and that you can enjoy the game. Our support is working for you, not against you.
