Key Bindings Not Working

Pretty simple, my key bindings wont work. It's pretty much just the action bar.. I want to press 1 to attack lets say and nothing happens. I've tried it with different keys hoping it would work but still nothing. It used to work before but it doesn't anymore. Any idea how to fix?
