Hello klatoo,
The fastest way to go to the server selection page is once you log onto your account, it will say connecting, just hit cancel twice until the server selection comes up.
If that does not work. You will be need to go to the hidden folder in your "My Documents" and find the the folder called "Runes Of Magic".
Once you do that, you will see a configuration file called "GameSetting.ini". Once you do that, you will see a line with the following:
