Crashes before log-in screen pops

So the game FINALLY just finished downloading for me, and I was set to go. Clicked start and heard the music go off, and then suddenly, on a black screen, it tells me the game crashed and to try again, so I did... three times. The same thing popped up. Does it have something to do with the files or what? I don't really know.
