Thank you for the reply, Kalvan. I wish I had known that sooner-- before filing the complaint with Paypal.
I hope to have this issue resolved soon. I do not mind them keeping what I had paid them if I receive my diamonds, along with them revoking the suspension on my account.
And I see that you posted your previous message a hair before I posted my response to your OP. <missed it by *that* much>
In order to resolve your new issue, you will have to do two things. First, contact PayPal and withdraw your dispute. Then, you will need to contact our Customer Support. Use the Contact Support link in my sig below, or one of the links on the website's main page. They will take you to our Support portal, where you will need to create a Support account. Since you will be receiving an email reply from Support, it would be best that when you create the Support account that you use the same email address that is linked to your forum/game account.
Remember to include the following information in the body of the ticket:
Game account name
Server the diamonds were to go to
Main character name on that server
A brief description of the problem at hand--you filed a dispute with PayPal over the diamond purchase, which has now been withdrawn.
Reply to the auto-response that you will receive from Support. Monitor the Inbox and the Junk/Spam folder for the email address that you register with your Support account. For some reason, some mail services have been tagging email from Frogster as Junk or Spam.
Follow instructions that you receive from Support in any followup messages they send you.
