Frogster password reset not working

Hi,

I have been trying to reset my frogster pw for 3 days now. I click on the link on the frogster page (trying to buy diamonds) and it tells me my password has been reset and an email has been sent, but no email arrives. Yes I have checked my spam folder and all my other in boxes.

I can't buy diamonds, so the game is truly free to play.

Any suggestions?
