Game Account/Support Account Email

I'm having a horrible time dealing with support involving my email. I don't believe I know or even have access to the email I used when I created my game account a few years ago, and I haven't had a problem until recently trying to discuss my unexplained account suspension, but they won't divulge information to my support email because it's not the same as my game account email. I've tried using support to change the email and they won't do that either. Is there a way to manually change the email associated with my game account? Does anyone have any clue?

You can log in to the Account Management site and manually change your email there.

You will receive an email to both addresses to confirm the change.

The account management link can be found near the top of the left column on the main RoM site.

I have that set to the email I wish to use and I receive support emails there without any trouble, but something I'm doing wrong is causing them to not allow me to change or inquire about my game account
