Secondary Password lost.

Well I haven't played the game in about two years and wanted to see how it was going. I managed to remember my account name (via my email) and my password. I was excited when I saw I logged in but when the wonderful second password box came up I was pretty disappointed!
I was wondering if there is anyway I can reset it or what, I don't want re-installing the game to have been a waste of my time and I really wanted to give the game another go.

Resetting the Secondary Password for a Game Account

The Customer Support site has had a revamp since you were last here then. You will need to register a Support account - be sure to use the same email address as your main game account so they know you are the owner of the game account.
